Gillian is very pleased to have been invited to work with Malton Museum again. Gillian is analysing and reviewing data collection techniques at Malton Museum, including existing feedback and evaluation forms. She is creating a profile of current visitors, potential audiences and visiting trends and mapping local demographics and geographical information. From this research Gillian will identify potential audiences and/or specific groups for development, create an Action Plan for future development and make suggestions for future resources to use with target audience/s.
