Recent Projects
- Northern Museums Volunteer Pass, Museum Development North, 2013-2025
- Gillian was commisioned to manage and adminster the Volunteer Pass on an annual contractual basis.
- Archivist at Washburn Heritage Centre 2012-2024
- Gillian set up the classification and cataloguing system for the archive , including a collections policy and procedures. She also trained volunteers to use and maintain the archive, and worked with them to add further detail to the electronic catalogue.
- KS2 Will Henry VIII Visit Bolling Hall? Bradford 2024
- Gillian created a Maths & Tudors interactive session with a range of activites including setting Tudor tables, designing a Tudor tent, creating soap balls and imperial and metric measurements.
- KS1 Maths at Bradford Industrial Museum 2023
- A series of KS1 Maths self-led trails & teacher notes investigating symmetry, 2D & 3D shapes, fractions, repeating patterns and number values.
- KS4 Keeping the Kings Peace at Bradford Police Museum 2023
- Resources and teacher notes investigating the introduction of the Bradford Borough Police in 1848 which tied into the key themes of the Crime and Punishment GCSE syllabus.
