Courses
If you have registered for one of our history courses we will ask you for your name, email, address & phone number. With your consent we will use these details to provide you with information about future courses and events as a part of marketing activities. You can withdraw your consent to receive marketing at any point by contacting Gillian Waters on the email above.
We will only keep information about you during the term of our contract and following termination, 10 years. At the end of our retention period, we will securely destroy your information.
Who we share your data with
If you have subscribed to our Newsletter we keep your name & email securely in mailchimp until you unsubscribe from the mailing list. If you use our contact or registration form then your email may be stored on our server for up to 7 days. We do not share this information with any other third party

Under the General Data Protection Regulations, you have a right of access to your data, a right to rectification, erasure (in certain circumstances), restriction, objection or portability (in certain circumstances).
