Courses
Your registration on a Gillian Waters Consultancy course will be subject to the following terms and conditions:
- In order to register for a course use the Registration Form. We will then send you an invoice.
- Full course fees are due for payment within 7 days of registration– please get in touch via the Contact Form if you wish to discuss paying in instalments.
- Gillian Waters Consultancy reserves the right to withdraw at any time any of the Courses advertised for sale on the Website. A full refund will be made in this case. In the event of a course being cancelled after its start, a proportional refund will be given. We will endeavour to give a minimum of a week’s notice for any cancellation.
- Refunds: Following your application and payment for a course, you have a fourteen day ‘cooling off’ period: during this time you can withdraw your application and receive a full refund. This does not apply for withdrawals made on or after the course start date. Refunds are not normally made for withdrawals from a course made outside of the ‘cooling off’ period or on or after the course start date. If there is a request for a refund outside of the two week ‘cooling off’ period, it must be related to extenuating circumstances beyond your control and supported by written evidence. Any such refund is at the discretion of Gillian Waters Consultancy and may incur a £10 administration fee.
- Credit: If you withdraw from a course and are not entitled to a refund, Gillian Waters Consultancy will allow you to book onto an alternative course within the same academic year of an equivalent or higher value. If the course is of a higher value then the difference is due for payment at the time of registration. For withdrawals made less than one week prior to the course start date, an administrative fee of £10 may be applied and any remaining fee will be issued as credit. Any credit made outside of these terms is at the discretion of Gillian Waters Consultancy.
- Refunds cannot be given for students who miss weeks on the 10 & 11 week courses.
- Gillian Waters Consultancy reserves the right to alter times/dates of course in the event of unforeseen circumstances. If you are unable to attend at the new times/dates arranged for the course, a full refund will be given.
- Whilst every effort is made to avoid changes to the courses, details may be altered without notice at any time. Gillian Waters Consultancy reserves the right to withdraw or amend any courses without prior notice.
